This is an application for fetching stocks data from an API, displaying it, and saving it in the user's portfolio; built with Ruby on Rails. The main feature of this application is that JavaScript is used for changing the views whenever possible.

A Chess Trainers site

A site to set meetings with chess trainers, you contact a trainer and the trainer answers you back, from there you set up a time and a moment where to play and learn new ways to master this ancient game.

Portfolio projects manager

A Ruby on Rails (6) application for managing a developer portfolio, You are the owner, and you manage your contact information, bio, and projects. You must log in to make changes. Once done, you just log out.

Weather App

A weather forecast app. Users can search for the weather in specific locations using the OpenWeather API. The gifs displayed are fetched from the Giphy API too. Styling was achieved using Bootstrap 4.

Tasks manager

A TODO list made with vanilla JavaScript, Bootstrap 4, and Alertify.js. When you want to focus on getting things done, this tool can come in handy. The basic features of most TODO lists are present, including creating projects, assigning tasks to projects, marking tasks as complete, etc.

Newsweek front page

A clone of Newsweek's front page. Built using only Bootstrap 4, and designed with a desktop-first approach.

Alpha Blog

A blogging application built using Ruby on Rails. Among its features, you'll find the ability to manage your own posts, admin users, categories, etc. It does everything a blog can do, while also looking neat.

Chat Application

A chat application built using Ruby on Rails, it makes use of the WebSocket protocol in order to show data in real-time, like a normal chat, but in this case, there is only one chat room.
